A feta style Light cheese made of pasteurized sheep’s and goat’s milk or entirely of sheep’s milk. It’s a unique product with a fat content that can be as low as 7% (most light white cheeses range around 12%), while its delicious flavor and texture are hard to distinguish from our traditional Feta cheese.
Combining traditional feta-making knowhow with the latest cheese manufacturing methods, Light feta style cheese is ideal for consumers that follow a low-fat diet but won’t compromise on taste.
