Description

Not any white cheese deserves the name “feta”. The authentic PDO Greek Feta can only come from specific areas in mainland Greece. It contains a minimum of 70% sheep milk and a maximum of 30% goat milk. Its production involves traditional methods and excludes the use of powdered or condensed milk and additives. It is an art that explains why nothing compares to the original Greek Feta goodness!

Feta is naturally low in lactose, relatively low in fat and abundant in nutrients. New trends in nutrition and the food industry drive PDO Feta sales globally – and could definitely drive your food business forward!
