Description
Kefalotiri (also written Kefalotyri) is a traditional hard cheese made of pasteurized goat and sheep milk. It has a pleasant character, a rich aroma and a slightly salty taste. Depending on the mixture of milk used in the production process, the color can vary between yellow and white.
Ideal for the traditional grilled cheese dish “saganaki”, grated on pasta or served as a table cheese delicacy, Kefalotiri is a product your customers will find hard to resist!
